My Magic 100 Journey

My friend and fellow personal trainer Dax Moy recently challenged me to take part in his MAGIC 100 challenge. Simply put he’s challenged me to set 100 goals and complete them in 100 days.

The Magic 100 is Dax’s top selling goal achieving book. He wrote this after being set a task by one of his business mentors to achieve greater things and now he’s managed to skyrocket not only his business but is making more time to spend with his family and to do the things he wants.
Now I don’t know about you but I’m up for a challenge. So over the next 100 days I’m going to attempt to complete the following 100 goals. Now some of them are one off goals and others are long term goals. Long and the short of it is that I’ll be working my butt off to make it happen.
